If You Never Read Another Vick Article – Read ‘The Rise and Fall of Michael Vick’ in the Atlanta Journal Constitution
Since this scandal broke, I’ve seen too many reports and read too many articles about Michael Vick. As things start to shake up for what will probably be the final chapters on the book that was Michael Vick, Steve Hummer of the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC.com) has written a great article that puts it all into a timeline perspective.
He traces The Rise and Fall of Michael Vick in a great article of that name. Its a narrative that shows Michael Vick’s entre’ into the Falcons and his parallel work building up Bad Newz Kennels and a dog torture apparatus.
You can follow all the major milestones of his career and its impact on the hopes and dreams of the people of Atlanta and Falcons fans and how at every step along the path, Michael Vick was taking steps to sabotage his career, his life, his family, the Falcons, the NFL and his sponsors.
I’m sure we will read about Vick in side stories for the next 60 years, just like we still hear a story or two about Mike Tyson or OJ Simpson or Pete Rose. But this story demarks the point at which the story ends and the epilogue begins.
Furthermore, if the NFL allows a volume II of the book of Michael Vick, say as a returned player in 2008, 9 or 10 or anytime, you can count me out as an NFL fan for good.

Mullah Cimoc,
You misunderstand Americans about as much as your claims that Americans misunderstand others.
Murder and torture are bad regardless of who or what is murdered and tortured.
This is not an example showing that Americans feel that dogs are more important than people, but an example showing that many many Americans feel that life should not be taken on Earth just to please the person taking the life.
You can choose to destroy life to stop the destruction of life if you choose, but that paradox of twisted logic is doomed from the beginning.
Alternatively, you can choose to build and protect life to prevent the destruction of life. You have the power to give life. You have the power to protect the life of every living creature on this Earth if you so choose.
We are castigating Michael Vick, because he chose not only to take the life of a helpless creature, but he chose to do it for corrupt and vile reasons. he chose to do it for financial gain. He chose to do it apparently just to watch the suffering of the creatures.
The large majority of Americans see that type of behavior as a sickness some might polarize it with the word evil.
We do not encourage it of our wealthiest and most popular athletes. We do not encourage it nor condone it in our soldiers. We do not condone nor encourage the behavior in our President nor leaders.
Americans are a group of people from every religion and country on the Earth. We are as equally flawed as everyone else on Earth because we are comprised of people from all over the Earth.
You should not look at the bad things that Michael Vick has done and think that Americans value the lives of dogs over people. You should look at this situation and recognize that Americans value all life so highly that we work to protect it in all of its manifestations, in all of the people around the world, in all of the religions, in all of the political beliefs and even in all of the forms of life that exist on our planet with us.
If we truly did not value the life of the poeple’s of the earth, we could have ended things a long time ago. We chose to build and keep building and to try and make the world a better place.
That sometimes makes us guilty of the pride of trying to help, but guilt in pride in my humble opinion is not as bad as guilt of despair, hopelessness and the guilt of destruction out of intolerance or ignorance.
Michael Vick’s co-defendants have decided to enter plea agreements, which will make them federal witnesses testifying against him…… Wow.. I’m shocked… Offer drugged out fellons a reduced sentence for saying it was all Mike Vicks idea? and they actually went for it? OMG, well I’m just blown away. Before you start trying to slap labels on me, let me just say that Mike Vick should pay for his involvement in this. If you allow people to use your property, you should be aware of what goes on there.
But make no mistake about it… The prosecution of Mike Vick was spearheaded by the animal rights organization PETA, for the sole purpose of getting publicity. To get the kind of publicity that they wanted, they needed a national celeb., not a couple of petty criminals. PETA donates money to several domestic terrorist organization around the country. Don’t take my word for it… check with the FBI. They are also responsible for the mass murder of more pets than any other organization. I see the protesters out there every day in front of the courthouse, with pictures of cute little puppies on their signs. in stead they should use pictures of the animal carcasses they dump in trash bins all over Virginia..

PETA workers face 25 felony counts in North Carolina
By DARREN FREEMAN, The Virginian-Pilot
© October 15, 2005 | Last updated 11:24 PM Oct. 14
WINTON, N.C. — The cats and dogs two PETA employees have been charged with euthanizing and dumping in an Ahoskie garbage bin were killed by injections of pentobarbital, a barbiturate commonly used to put down animals, according to new warrants issued and served on Friday.
Additionally, the two employees were charged with three felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. The charges allege that they euthanized three cats from an Ahoskie veterinarian after promising to find the animals new homes, according to the new warrants.
The two employees are still charged with eight misdemeanor counts of illegal disposal of dead animals and one count of trespassing.
Both have been released on $35,000 bail, and PETA is paying their legal fees. PETA suspended Hinkle for 90 days and did not discipline Cook.
Police began investigating this summer after carcasses of cats and dogs in plastic bags were found in a supermarket garbage bin in Ahoskie every Wednesday for four consecutive weeks. At least 80 animals were found.
Officers say that on June 15 they followed a van after it left Bertie County’s animal shelter, then staked out the garbage bins and arrested two PETA employees.
The officers found 18 dead dogs in a bin and 13 other animal carcasses in the van, which was registered to PETA.
PETA had been picking up animals in northeastern North Carolina since 2001, when a caller informed the group of poor conditions in shelters, according to a written apology PETA President Ingrid Newkirk sent to Bertie County officials.
Bertie County and Northampton County officials and one Ahoskie veterinarian said they believed that adoptable animals would find new homes, while sick, injured and wild animals would be euthanized.
Newkirk has since said that dumping the animals into trash bins violates PETA policy.
PETA typically euthanizes animals in Norfolk and cremates the carcasses, Newkirk said in a June 17 press conference.
Newkirk said at the time that the animals found in North Carolina had likely been given a lethal injection of a barbiturate that PETA is licensed to use.
Bertie and Northampton officials cut ties to PETA pending trial.
The counties are now euthanizing animals without help from PETA.
The problem is that the public has no business trying to lynch this guy when he is already being overly prosecuted by the law. Face it, if he was a normal person, he would not get this level of attention.
When a person serves there time, they are in the eyes of society forgiven. They are allowed to go live their life as they did before prison.
The problem is the public wants to ruin Michael Vick’s only talent and I think it’s a vast minority of the public and specifically not football fans.
So in most cases their view on him playing in the NFL are irrelevant or at least made from the perspective of sheer spite. These are people who wouldn’t watch him anyway lobbying to get him expelled from the NFL. That’s just no justice.
Either let the law handle it or let the people handle it, but don’t do both. I personally didn’t realize dog fighting was a crime of this level and if I was him I’d skip the country and tell the US to go screw itself.
Supporting the police state and it’s host of unjust laws isn’t making this nation better. Allowing our president to commit high level crimes while being sure to zealously prosecute Vick is not justice.
You people have your morals all twisted up into your personal agenda’s. Perhaps you don’t like the testosterone driven pro-athlete in the first place. Well, what a good time to gang up on him.
Yet if YOU were found guilty of a felony would you expect this level treatment. Would you expect to be banned for life from your career. Even 3rd time felon’s get better treatment than that.
The only people who should have ANY say what-so-ever about Vick’s NFL career are the fans and the owners. That’s it. The non football watching public is disenfranchising the football fans by pretending to care about a sport that they don’t watch just because they like dogs or all of a sudden feel a need to be involved in current events.
Well, were are you guys when our elections get stolen or the RNC deletes all their emails, or Cheney declares himself above congressional law or when Bush started a war on the word of one unverified informant (who turns out to be a taxi driver making it all up).
Do we really have to go beyond justice and law to get Vick? Where we you people when OJ was found not guilty?
You’re all just a bunch of Johnny come lately’s jumping on the trendy topic more or less clueless about US justice. Open you eyes and use your energies for something useful and just, not a public lynching of Michael Vick.
By involving yourself you skew the possibility of justice with a tiny minority of the publics opinion. It’s enough to make Vick’s life harder, but not nearly enough to claim majority rule.
So, let the law do it’s job, don’t try to lobby for justice. You will only make the system less just by trying to supercede the law with public opinion.
As many posters point out. This is a trendy topic with a clear answer and it doesn’t need public attention. It’s all the hard questions that need public attention, but these issues don’t seem to interest you enough to actual throw a fit.
Why is that? Why can you find the time to hate Vick yet you pay almost no attention to the leadership of the country or the hundreds of times the GOP has overstepped the law.
We are afraid of making our President look like the criminal he is, but not afraid of interfering with Vick’s career. Man you people make me sick. Can’t you just go back to watching Jerry Springer instead of pretending your actually interested in current events? It’s pathetic the only time we get public attention is from idiotic topics like this.
Who even cares what happens to Vick.
She there are football player that killed people playing right now and your dumb asses are worried about some dog fighting. We should sue him and give the money to human societies (which also kill dogs). We could easily save more dogs than Vick ever hurt with a couple million of his wealth and between that and a suspended sentence and the bad media Vick’s punishment would be good enough.
Your way he will just cost us money in prison, lose his career and probably become a drug addict and petty criminal later on in life since he’ll no longer have a career. Hunters kill dogs all the time. I live out here in the rural country unlike most of you so called animal rights fans. Well, hunters just send out masses of dogs to track and when they don’t all come back, they just leave them there to starve, get hit by a car or maybe if they happen to drive by and see them, pick them up days or weeks later. And that is legal and how hunters commonly use dogs. Plus since they are hunting dogs they usually live in tight confines and breed on their own. You have to keep breeding them since they are disposable you know. I see this stuff all the time and nobody out here is getting 36 months, because why? hunting is humane ?
You people are so brainwashed by the media it’s sickening. They say let’s crucify Vick and you idiots raise the cross. Yet every year hundreds of hunters just in my local area abuse dogs as part of their sport and you people do nothing.
Thats NOT justice. To prosecute one person severely while ignoring the same crimes from other people IS NOT JUSTICE.
If the law is to be fair either everyone gets prosecute or the punishment needs to have some limits in reality. Otherwise it becomes this unknown superpower for the state to use against you if it feels like it. Yea you can get anywhere from 3 months to 3 years.. that’s justice.
The only reason they need such stiff sentencing is to make an example of the person in hopes other people won’t commit the crime, but instead all they do is charge a fraction of criminals with punishments way beyond the crime since they can’t realistically charge everyone committing the crime. Again, that’s not justice. Come here to Maryland’s eastern shore or just about any rural area and you’ll find animal abuse all over the place. The mentality around here is that it’s not a crime and even the cops share that view. Yet when a wealth celeb does the same thing the uknown rednecks around here do he gets the full force of the law and the scorn of the people.
If anyone is to blame it’s your legislators and executive officers for making laws they can’t enforce and then enforcing the laws selectively. How is anyone supposed to know dog fighting or animal abuse in general is a crime of such proportions when the vast majority of people who commit the crime are never prosecuted.
In other words, if we only make a big deal of animal abuse when a celeb does it then how can we even expect people to grasp the severity of the crime.
In many ways the same problem exists for sexual predators. How do we live in a society that preys on mans desire for young woman by have thousands of porn sites and magazines dedicated to showing naked models as young as legally possible, dressing them up as school girls and anything else you can think to make them look and seem younger. Then after the porn industry is done making a billion dollars on the little girl fantasy we switch over to “To Entrap a Predator” where we punish many of those same consumers to desiring what we just sold them.
I mean, while there is a distinction between a 18 year old barley legal model and a 17 year old real life high school girl. I think everyone can agree that we are training men to desire young girls. It’s not only an accepted fetish, but wealthy men constantly date and marry woman 20+ years younger than them and the woman play right along. The idea is reinforced by culture and when a guy actually gets busted doing a 17 year old its some big deal.
Yea the 18 year old girl can have animal sex, but touch the 17 year old one and your a sexual predator. The idea here is justice will fail when it doesn’t have a predictable stance. We cannot overly prosecute people for a crime that the culture itself enforces. Just like giving people hard time for smoking marijuana when more than half of American’s have smoked MJ is wrong. So is giving Vick some long sentence while letting rednecks and such abuse their animals.
Plenty of the people who go adopt animals from the humane society (which kills animals when it’s convenient for them) wind up abusing them to some degree. There are few real qualification to adopt an animal and in many cases abuse can’t be proven.
I know because unlike most of you I’ve actually worked with animals, humane societies and see the effects of abused and neglected animals. It’s a shame, but I don’t consider killing your animal humanely to actually be a humane solution. Unless they are about to die of some painful disease. We kill these animals out of our own convenience. That’s how we prevent overpopulation, the mass slaughter of domesticated animals, and while animal shelters try they do wind up killing the majority of the animals brought there. It’s little more than a death camp for your unwanted pets. They kill them quite liberally. I dropped off an entire liter of kittens went back 2 days later and they had killed them all (Talbot Country Humane Society) including the mother. They say one of the kittens scratched a worker and so they killed them all.
So I mean, should that animal shelter get 3-36 months for running an animal death camp. Everyone know those kitten didn’t have rabies and you know they are kittens and a mom cat so wear gloves or something. I think it was just an excuse, they had too many cats, so they fast tracked them to death.
So, with that in mind I just can’t see Vick as someone deserving prison time. If he does it again, sure lock him up, but for a person of his usefulness and profitability to lose his career over the inhumane treatment of animals, which is happening at animal shelters all over the world under the guise of humane treatment. How can you drop you animals off to be executed and then be mad at Vick. Many of these dogs were bred for fighting, it might be illegal, but it’s genetically part of their mentality. Is using a drug dog that attacks people inhumane also. Why? because the police say so ? I mean they train those dogs to be killers and you know they have accidents with them, just not ones involving millionaire star athletes. I’m not saying he is innocent, but the severity of the crime is simply being vastly overstated. More importantly there is no reason to involve yourself in this mans personal affairs.
He didn’t kill your dog, did he, so why do you even care so much. I think this is just like watching Jerry Springer for most of you even if you don’t like the show, most American’s are entertained by other people’s misfortune and that in itself is sick.
Oh, and by the way… Someone tell Kelly Naqi she can head back to New York now… The GIANTS are fighting again.
Thanks for the Contributions Ken.
One of the reasons why I started this site was due to PETA’s checkered past.
I would not agree with the large majority of their tactics. So I saw this as a situation where strange bed fellows ran the risk of turning off some people that would be against Michael Vick’s brand of animal cruelty, but might be put off by signing a Peta petition (hence the petition section has every related petition I can find on the Michael Vick situation).
Regarding the indictment and the plea bargains of the witnesses.
Any prosecutor that has a pulse can usually get an indictment on someone regardless of whether the person is guilty or not. An indictment does not equate to guilt.
Flipping Mike’s friends, employees and cousins(I’ve heard them labeled as all of these things. Per court documents, they seemed to be friends and employees at minimum, not sure about the biological relationship) to testify against him was probably not very difficult.
All that said, I’ve been saying from day one, that Vick should have hired someone for about $50k per year to follow him around and make sure he didn’t get into trouble or do something illegal, knowingly or unknowingly.
Breaking the law by accident, is still breaking the law. There is only a difference in intent.
I don’t think Vick did any of this by accident myself.
Matt,
I see Vick and George Bush being in the same league.
They both let atrocities happen on their watch at best and at worst were complicity or managing or engaged in those atrocities.
I am involved to have George Bush Impeached, you can check out my other blog at NoMoreIncumbents.org/blog/
All that said, Vick should be sacked from the NFL and the owners and commissioner should pay attention to the public because the public
funds NFL through ticket sales
buying all the stuff
watching all the advertisements
watching the games
paying for all of the stadiums across the country with tax payer money regardless of whether people are fans or not(its an ugly truth and most cities get ripped off)
This site is a warm up, to learn some better strategies that can be used in 2008 to get some of the corrupt politicians out of Washington.
If you are interested, we are always looking for more writers at NoMoreIncumbents.org.
Vick needs to go, and that deal is almost done.
Bush needs to go much more. He has just about brought our great country down all by himself.
We have got to turn this country back around, return our freedoms, and start operating like a civilized nation again.
Vick Sucks.
Bush and his administration Suck a lot more.
Michael Vick will pay his debt to society, but does he need to pay with a pound of flesh? DogLover332 you seem to want more than what the law of the land is prepared to sentence. My question is, are you a NFL fan? If not, what are you prepared to do since you don’t support the corporation?
Michael Vick seems to be escaping out the back door on a much lesser charge. I think he is getting off to easy and I think the federal prosecutors have dropped the ball.
I do not want him to pay with any flesh. I want the NFL suspend him, I want the Falcons to do the same, I want all sponsors to drop him.
Everything so far is temporary. He is still drawing a pay check and since he came into the NFL, his NFL pay checks and his sponsorships have been used to fund illegal activities, gambling, racketeering, animal cruelty, dog fights etc.
I am a fan of the NFL (originally a Bears fan, but an Atlanta transplant since 2002 about the time Vick came to town). I was a Michael Vick fan as well.
I feel that he has lied to the NFL, to the Falcons, to his sponsors, to his fans and NFL fans in general.
He has not apologized to anyone except ‘the people he hurt’ like his mother. That’s great for his mother, I’m sure she is very proud of her son. But Michael Vick has damaged the NFL more than he helped it (and he had a lot of potential which he sabotaged).
I do not want to see him back on the field. I do not want to see him broadcast on TV during a game.
The NFL has been hiding behind the veil of allowing the federal authorities to carry out their investigation. That is nothing but a load of crap. They have been waiting to see if the scandal would blow over so that they can continue milking Vick like a prize bull.
If the NFL doesn’t suspend him, if they don’t allow the Falcons to stop funding him, then they are basically no better.
Look Vick has been accused of a serious crime. Racketeering
If the NFL was cutting a pay check to the Mafia every month for several million dollars and the Feds came in to investigate a gambling ring, and the NFL kept making payments pending the outcome, people would be just as outraged. (SEE NBA scandal for example)
I do not quite understand what you mean by “If not, what are you prepared to do since you don’t support the coporation?”
I’m not sure if that refers to the NFL, to Nike, to the Falcons, to the corporation that is Michael Vick or what.
Michael Vick no longer has my support. He is not going to get it back. He needs to spend a lot of years atoning for his crimes IMHO. That could be partly done behind bars, but I’d prefer to see him spending a small part of that vast fortune of his to help the Humane society.
I think he needs to spend some time, a lot of time- (He spent over 5 years essentially torturing dogs or funding it) helping to take care of dogs at some of these shelters. I think he needs to spend some time with people that are the victims of dog maulings. Hell, I’d like to see him spend some time helping the NAACP promote some of their goals.
Vick has done nothing since gaining fame and fortune to make the world a better place. That is a waste and a tragedy considering all the potential that he had and the resources he commanded.
Its a free country and people can do what they please as long as they do not harm anyone or break the law.
I agree with this. Vick harmed people(gambling, racketereering, not paying taxes on gambling winnings – I could make a long list here, that harms people, real people). Vick broke the law.
Spending time in prison(which he has not done yet) doesn’t fix what he has broken.
Prison doesn’t solve any thing. We have over 2 million people in prison in the US and having them there doesn’t fix any of the things they broke, the people they hurt nor does it compensate for the opportunities they trashed when they chose to harm and destroy as opposed to build a better country.
The ONLY thing that Vick has done so far is continue to lie to the NFL commissioner and the Falcons owner and hide behind some very good lawyers that seems to have been able to fool federal prosecutors into an easy deal (Martha Stewart could have been so lucky. ~ I’m no Martha fan and feel that she almost got what she deserved.)
I do not feel that justice was served with this plea agreement before the fact and if it goes through next Monday, then I will feel that Vick has escaped paying his legal debt to society just like he will probably avoid making recompense for the wrongs that he has done.
Vick is not such an exciting player, such an inspiration, such an entertainer, so much better than so many other players around the country that I want to see him playing in the NFL.
I’d rather see some schmuck come up from the Arena level and fill the position than see Vick play another day. I’d rather watch competition badminton than watch a single game of a season with Michael Vick playing in it.
If he comes back to the NFL and if they don’t stop paying his legal bills through his pay check soon, I’ll be pushing for an NFL boycott and more.
Life’s far too short for me to spend my life watching someone that likes to torture dogs. I don’t want to watch rapists, wife beaters, child rapists, or any crap like that either. I do not want to watch racists on public access channels, I do not want to support people with screwed up agendas. It just fuels their fire.
Vick is a sick puppy and he has shown that when given fame and fortune he will spend that fame and fortune to make other living creatures suffer.
There are people in the world that are worse than Vick. That is for sure, but I do believe that if Vick doesn’t get some serious help, or if he is allowed to hide behind sycophants that tell him that his behavior is OK, and that he is a victim and crazy crap like that, he is going to spiral off the deep end. Allowing Vick to come back to the NFL next year, or 3 years, or 5 years from now if he has not done something major to fix what he has broken, will not be doing Vick any favors.
That’s the type of crap that will allow this guy to keep going to extremes. Its that type of stuff that in part drives celebrities like Michael Jackson, and Mike Tyson, and OJ, and Lindsay Lohan and you name it, drives them nuts.
They start thinking that they are beyond reproach, beyond correction, beyond the rules of society and they lose track of what reality is and before you know it they are doing something even more screwed up, sleeping with little kids, killing their wife and kids, raping someone, or running around with an out of control drug habit.
Michael Vick needs to do something to fix what he has broken, not just to help heal the country, but to heal himself and possibly save himself.
(note. I used the word atone several times. I do not use that word in a religious way, just seemed like the best word at the time. Vick can go pray till the cows come home, but I want to see him do something positive not just talk.)
In light of the Michael Vick crimes, I am delighted to share this press release with those who care about animals.
“Animal Chaplains To Bless All Creatures on World Animal Day”
~ from the Interfaith Association of Animal Clergy
In what will look like a scene from the popular family movie, “Evan Almighty”, scores of Animal Chaplains around the world will bless hundreds, perhaps thousands of animals in many different settings on October 4th 2007. At a pet cemetery on the east coast, to a city park in the desert, to a sandy beach on the west coast, they will walk in on a leash, fly in on a harness, and slither in their cages. Barking, mewing, bleating, mooing, whinnying and purring will join human voices in hymns of praise and worship.
That day is World Animal Day, a day dedicated to honoring, blessing, and protecting animals all over the world. World Animal Day was founded at an ecologist’s convention in Florence, Italy in 1931 as a way of highlighting the plight of endangered species. October 4th was chosen as World Animal Day because it is also the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, a Catholic Church holiday which is often celebrated with an annual “blessing of the pets”. Since then, it has grown to encompass all kinds of animal life and has been widely celebrated around the world. Churches and synagogues in many faiths traditions have adopted “Pet Blessing Day” or “World Animal Day” in increasing numbers every year.
The Interfaith Association of Animal Chaplains prepares for World Animal Day by referring its members and visitors to the official World Animal Day website. The site provides ideas and resources to individuals, families, community groups and congregations everywhere. People can post their pledge for volunteering at a World Animal Day event. In addition to blessing pets, volunteers will work at animal shelters, zoos, rescues, and other nonprofit organizations. Dogs will be walked, cats will be brushed, horses will be groomed, and fish will benefit from freshly cleaned tanks. Donations will be given to animal welfare agencies, and pets will be adopted. School children will collect pet food to be donated to charities, and bake sales and car washes will be held as fundraising events. Veterinary clinics will hold free spay and neuter days, or may offer to vaccinate pets at no charge. All over the world, on the very same day, the well-being of animals will be on the minds of millions of people.
Interfaith Chaplain Nancy Cronk feels a day honoring animals is very important at a time when the headlines speak of animal cruelty such as athlete Michael Vick’s alleged ties to illegal dog fighting. Animal Chaplains would like everyone to know that every major faith endorses the responsible stewardship of the earth and all of its creatures. “Deliberate harming of animals is in direct opposition to teachings in all of the major world faiths. Caring for animals is our global spiritual responsibility. If we can teach this ethic to all of our children, animal abuse and suffering will someday become a distant memory”.

Michael vick is someone who so many kids looks up to. For instance my nephew who is only 11 got his jersey a few years ago for christmas and was never more excited and wore it for a week straight. I havent talked to him about what he thinks about vick now but i hope his attitude has changed. The dogs do not deserve the life they have now. over 50 dogs are supposed to be killed which puts people in a hard spot. The dogs have been trained to fight, pitbulls are naturally aggressive dogs, with being trained to fight what else can the humane society or the government do with the dogs. Not many families are going to want to adopt a dog that is aggresive and a fighter. Now it would be to hard to train the dogs to be house trained and non aggresive. So court officials are saying that the dogs will probably be euthanized, which makes many people angry. It makes me angry too but what else is there to do with the dogs? Is there anything else they can do?
I am horrified by the details of dogfighting – dogs tortured, beaten, starved, maimed, electrocuted, drowned, etc. People involved in this crime have serious, intense psychological problems, and need to be helped immediately so that they may not kill again. I am glad to know that Michael Vick’s crimes are being taken seriously by the public – there is no excuse for animal cruelty.
People around the world will be celebrating and honoring animals on World Animal Day, October 4, 2007. For more information, or, if you would like to post a prayer for animals born into the cruel and inhumane world of dogfighting, please visit our site.
Thank-you!

To the women would you feel if a man gave you an STD and he knew he had one? How about a big rich famous guy gave you one? What if he did this to your sister? Well, Sick Vick did this to a woman and she took him to court. He was being treated at a clinic under the name, “Ron Mexico,” original isn’t it!
He also got busted for pot at Miami International.
His own father said he was into dog fighting for many years…how many did he hang, electrocute and drown??? Why? Because they didn’t want to fight! THINK! Go through the steps of what went on when he killed! It’s horrific! That is why people are outraged! And could his apology have anything to do with the $100 million he will lose??? DUH!
