How Much Would You Pay for Mr. Notorious’ House? Proceeds will not Benefit Michael Vick
Michael Vick bought is notorious Virginia house used as a dog fighting training ground and slaughter house for $34k and sold it for $450k (after adding an actual house to the property).
The builder that bought it is hoping to capitalize on the notoriety of the house which appraised at $750k. In today’s real estate market a McMansion isn’t exactly the easiest type of property to sell, so that notoriety might be the only thing builder Kyle House Jr. has going for him.
“Only one person can own the most famous house in America today,” Hause told the newspaper. “You can ask people from coast to coast which house has the most notoriety in the country today, and it’s this house.”
How much would you pay for Notoriety?
- For that matter, would you buy up a piece of Charles Manson Notoriety?
- Michael Jackson Sex Tapes?
- The Missing weapon from the murder of OJ’s wife?
It all seems pretty ghoulish to me, unless the sale of the property came with a special waiver by the local fire department that allowed the house to be burned to the ground.
Nice house for sale, expected auction price $500,000. Large yard and dog fighting ring in the back yard. Canine graves recently exhumed. Juries and prosecutors not welcome.
Michael Vick Sacks Atlanta Lawyer – Follow the Money
Michael Vick fired one of the lawyers on his legal dream team according to court documents filed in late October. Atlanta attorney Robert Meachum was sacked and removed from Vick’s legal team. This leaves Vick running a 3 man defense headed by DC lawyer Billy Martin and Virginia lawyers Larry Woodward and Thomas Shuttleworth.

Michael Vick’s Legal Sacking is About Money
The significance here is probably not related to any significant shift in strategy or differences in legal strategies. Vick is selling his home in Georgia and moving to Florida in what many believe is an attempt to benefit from Florida bankruptcy laws.

Without a home in Georgia, Michael Vick needs an Atlanta lawyer much less. Plus, he needs another legal bill from an attorney he doesn’t need like he needs more bad press.
This sacking by Michael Vick of his Atlanta lawyer is likely more about money than anything else.
Michael Vick Loses His Girlfriend, Kids Next?
MediaTakeout is blogging that Michael Vick has lost his girlfriend just days after she gave birth to their second child.
Not too much else is being reported about this right now, although speculation is all over the place as to why she is hitting the road.
All we have here is an image of her (prior to the recent birth) riding something that looks like a mechanical pit bull . . . .
