We had a dog growing up but I don't have one now. I'm a truck driver, and many drivers out here today have pets on their truck. I don't bregrudge them, it's their choice. I said that to acknowledge I understand the attachment that animal lovers feel towards their pets. I only ask you to go to PETAKILLSANIMALS.COM and read what's going on not 30 miles away from where Vick's kennels were. You look at the thousands of animals that are senselessly being killed right there in VA by PETA and tell me that they don't deserve to be villified as much if not more than Vick??? YES, child molesters whould get more time in jail. But it is a completely different issue. Instead of comparing the penalties of child molesters and such to Michael Vick, apologists should spend more time writing to their state representatives, making phone calls and such to change the light penalties child molesters are given. Should we set all the bank robbers free in prisons because there are child molesters in our society?? I didn't think so. I love this site. I abhor Michael Vick and what he represents. I hope he never gets out of prison. AND I hope he finds himself broke if he does, he deserves to be behind a counter asking if you "want fries with that".
