I'm okay with that on the "Vick the dick" stuff...well, I mean I'm MORE okay with it than I would be with the "Hey, Michael..." stuff, the latter of which is not only my best-selling design but also, as we've discussed, does NOT personally identify the scumbag. What really pisses me off the most, and I think I said this in an earlier post, is that Vick didn't care what he did to those defenseless dogs, but TALK ABOUT IT? I think Zazzle could fight for your rights to offer the Vick the Dick worded shirts as well. Even if they could trademark his last name (not possible to copyright it), you would still be protected under the first amendment in regards to your right to use satire and protest of public figures and Michael Vick, most definitely is a public figure (worthy of protest and satire). :) I’m glad to hear that you have had some success here, that is cool. Apparently, Zazzle agreed! Although I have not received anything from them explicitly saying so, their actions appear to show that they don't plan on removing that design. While they did delete most "Vick the dick" stuff, they did NOT delete any "Hey, Michael" stuff, AND orders have continued coming in, AND they've continued fulfilling them! :) So I think we're cool.
