The next time a mobster gets off on a RICO conviction because the Supreme Court ruled that RICO was unconstitutional, let me know. :)

And I mentioned 1904 not 1908 and that was a threat made by the President, not an actual law put into place.

lol now you are jumping into the area of non sense.

lets look at the facts as you seem to be inable to consider any thing not stated as a fact.

A murder suspect leaves Michael Vick's House.

Investigators question Michael Vick about the murder suspect that left his house.

Michael Vick claims did not know the suspect.

Michael Vick at the time was engaged in an elaborate criminal enterprise, which he later plead guilty to approximately a year later.

Michael Vick lied over and over again to cover up his illegal criminal enterprise and his own illegal activities.

So you have some facts to start with . .

Here's where you actually have to think a little

Is it impossible, possible, or probable that

- Michael Vick lied about knowing the murder suspect
- Michael Vick might have had the murder suspect over to his home for some reason that was personal in nature or business related
--If personal or business was that activity likely illegal (after all why would a criminal (Vick) bring a stranger to his home where Vick's own illegal activities might be exposed, UNLESS the murder suspect either was known by Michael Vick or was engaged in some illegal activity (possibly unrelated to the murder) with Michael Vick.

Again I don't mind helping you make your point in that regards. Its not like the Ed Block Courage award is the Nobel Prize. I don't see the big deal. Its no different then seeing someone with a shirt on that says World;s Greatest Dad. Who cares.

As far as the government and the NFL. You stated 1908 that the NFL which is a result of the AFL(estab, 1920) and the NFL(estab, 1922) was encourage by Roosevelt. Encouraging and passing legislation are two different things. As far as hiring practices legislation in that manner would be unconstitutional. Again I state would you just limit that to professional sports teams? Why not every industry?

You have great passion. Again as I state why eliminate felons just in professional sports? I'm sure it would drive all the unemployed people crazy to know how many companies currently employ individuals with criminal records while they struggle to find work.

As far as the RICO charges. Come on now you know better than that. Outside of this case many people have even argued that the RICO charge is unconstitutional. There have been legitimate businessmen charge with RICO and that is a dangerous, undefensable weapon to use. The threat of RICO would scare anyone regardless of guilt. You should know that having a law degree.

Again with Bud Melton. He was murdered before the first investigation. So how you can call him a witness when he was killed before the original investigation took place?

You are too funny yourself. If you actually believe he is encouraging them to engage in criminal activities then when they do have them admit for the RECORD and prove that it was Vick that encouraged them and then use your Jurisdoctorate to file a class action suit against Vick.

Again you are being emotional. Point on out where I have defended Vick. All I have done is state facts. Not once have a used words or dialogue that say Vick should be treated in a certain way outside that which is prescribed by law.

You are emotional and passionate about it. I get it. What do you really stand for? Do you stand for a cause or do you just stand against Vick. If is just about Vick then once he goes away what do you stand for? Outside of Vick what are you doing to help your cause?

You make my point for me. :)

Please continue to cite other losers that have won the Courage award for being courageous enough to kill people, get DUIs, sexually assault people etc.

Then again, maybe you are right, maybe Vick is in the RIGHT company receiving that award, I just misunderstood it. This is a Courage (for violent felons) Award not a Courage (for being a good person award).
